Second Chances Don't Exist

Good morning. Happy Monday.

There really are no second chances. We get first chances one time. People lean on second chances to give them an out in case they fail the first time around. This week, don’t think about next time, but what you can do better this time. Like Jay-Z said on “My 1st Song” from The Black Album, “Treat my first like my last, and my last like my first.” Do that with your craft, your profession, and your precious relationships. Be observant! Put more effort into your commitments from the start. See if it helps you get further along instead of depending on the next time.

Give yourself less room for error. Give yourself less time to complete tasks. Don’t give yourself as much slack. See how you show up for yourself.
